Jadinah "AttorneyJ" Gustave is a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and international best-selling author who places God at the center of her life. Her trust in Him guides her as an accomplished attorney, author, public speaker, and servant leader in her community. Fritz C. Gustave, President of Operations
Fritz Gustave serves as President of Firm Operations, where he leads the firm’s strategic operations, client experience, and internal systems to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
He brings a diverse professional background that includes real estate sales and service within a faith-based nonprofit organization, experiences that have shaped his leadership with a strong foundation in empathy, care, and determination.
Fritz is committed to creating a client-centered environment where individuals and families feel supported and confident as they navigate important estate planning decisions.
Fritz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently a degree candidate for pastoral licensing through Nazarene Bible College. His combined business and faith-based training uniquely position him to lead with both strategic insight and a deep sense of purpose.
Outside of his professional role, Fritz is a devoted husband to the firm’s founding attorney, a proud father and son, and a passionate musician. A lifelong drummer since the age of five, he continues to bring the same discipline, creativity, and energy to his personal interests as he does to his leadership within the firm.
